Contessa Receptions is one of Melbourne's premier function centres and is conveniently located just off the Monash Freeway only 20 minutes from the city.

For that 'end of project function' or a new product launch, relax in elegant surroundings and enjoy the outstanding cuisine for which Contessa Receptions is renowned. With a team of waiters to tend to your every need, you and your colleagues are promised an impressive dining experience. We have a range of Sample Menus and beverage packages, but will be happy to create an individual package tailored to your budget, style and type of function.

We have two rooms at Contessa Receptions. The Antoinette room which is the main dining area is 16m x 25 x (400 sq.m). The band area in the Antoinette room is 3m x 4m. The dance floor in the Antoinette room is 9m x 6m. The Madison room, which is the smaller room, is 16m x 9m (150 sq.m). If you book a function at Contessa Receptions you have exclusive use of the venue we do not have multiple functions on at the same time.

Our two function rooms can easily accommodate from 20 to 400 guests. Each room has an individual ambience and can be set up in theatre, classroom, caberet or u-shaped formats. Data, internet and audio-visual facilities are also available for your use.
